Office Manager/Billing Specialist
NeuroAnalytics, LLC is seeking a motivated, concientious individual with experience in medical coding and billing to help manage day-to-day activities and provide support to our team of mental health professionals.
Responsibilities include:
Oversee billing, coding, and collections
Manage and oversee patient communication
Schedule and manage patient appointments
Facilitate check-in and ensure completion of all required patient paperwork
Oversee billing and process credit card payments
Reconcile account information
Order clinical and office supplies
Submit billing statements to patients
Develop and implement office policies and procedures
Provide educational material for patients
Arrange for emergency maintenance visits for building
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience working in a private practice\medical office
Medical billing and coding experience
Experience working with Athenahealth billing platform is required
Experience with Kareo is preferred
Excellent communication skills
Data management and organizational skills
Clerical training and experience
Computer software proficiency
Neuropsychologist
NeuroAnalytics, LLC is seeking a neuropsychologist with extensive training in assessment and evaluation and a desire to help people who are experiencing academic, occupational or interpersonal difficulties. Individuals interested in establishing a strong referral base or gaining exposure to forensic evaluation are strongly encouraged to apply. The preferred candidate will have strong communication and management skills, as well as a desire to work independently. The position can be either part- or full-time and that hours are flexible. Candidates must be licensed in clinical psychology in the state of Pennsylvania. In addition, candidates must have post-doctoral training in neuropsychology.
Clinical Psychologist/Therapist
NeuroAnalytics, LLC is looking for a compassionate licensed clinical psychologist/therapist to join our team of behavioral health clinicians. The position is perfect for someone who is looking to establish a referral base and gain experience in a private practice setting. The position can be either part- or full-time, with flexible hours. Currently, the practice offers both in person and remote services and respects individual comfort levels of our staff. We receive private pay referrals and are also in network with commercial, state and federal insurance plans. Compensation is commesurate with experience.
Criteria for an ideal candidate include:
Experience working with children, adolescents or adults diagnosed with neurodevelopment disorders, such as Autism Spectrum Disorder and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity disorder
Training and experience in evidence-based therapy practices such as Applied Behavioral Analysis, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral therapy and/or Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Compensatory Cognitive Skills training preferred
Competency in assessment and diagnostic evaluation is desired, but not essential. Additional training will be provided through the practice as necessary.
